Annie Reuben, Associate

Annie’s practice focuses primarily on employment law and litigation, including federal and state discrimination actions, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies and agreements. She also works on trade secret and a broad range of commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Mainsail Lawyers, Annie practiced with K&L Gates LLP and Moore & Van Allen PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has assisted in defending employers in federal employment discrimination class action litigation; non-competition, trade secret and confidential information litigation; employment related internal investigations; and general commercial disputes. She frequently represented employers in administrative actions with the EEOC, as well as in responding to audits by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division.

Annie graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2011, where she was on the Law Review’s Editorial Staff. Annie completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University, where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science.

Annie is licensed to practice in North Carolina and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
